What's your shipping Policy?
For U.S. orders, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. Orders placed with standard shipping will arrive in 3-7 business days. For more details, check out our shipping information page.
If you placed an order that includes a "Pre-Order" item, that item will ship during the five (5) day window specified on the product page.
Do you charge sales tax?
Tax is applied to orders shipped within North Carolina.
What is the status of my order?
Domestic orders typically take one day to process. For your convenience, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number that you can use for reference. For further questions, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I need to change my order?

What's your return & exchange policy?
We gladly accept returns or exchanges as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags).Does not include final sale items.

Why doesn't my checkout work with multiple discount codes?
Our promotional discount codes only work one at a time. We do not allow discount codes to be combined in one order. If you have multiple codes, please choose the code you want to use that provides you with the best discount.
